My topic is women in slavery. Women in slavery is interesting to me because women had to go through bad times and it is just very interesting to me what they had to go through, what their everyday life was like, and how hard they had to work every day. I already know that slavery for women was bad and Harriet Tubman was a very famous African American enslaved woman. What was it like for enslaved women? What was it like for poor white women? What was it like for rich/elite white women? How was slavery different for women in different colonies/states? How did slavery change for women over time?
