Each student is required to write her Reflective Journal centred on her chosen competency in the PDP. Write your Reflective Journal based on your PDP. You need to work on your chosen competency answering the following questions. Make sure to be specific, clear, and complete. Follow the given criteria for the action you take.

1- General information

3- Self-analysis A. What were your thoughts, feelings, and assumptions regarding the competency? Why? (No less than

4- Application in context A. How does the learning in the course/workshop link to your previous knowledge, experience, or

assumptions? (No less than 100 words)

5- Reconstruct self-concept A. What behaviors have changed in you after the event? (No less than 60 words)

6- Action

A. What is your future plan to apply the learning? What are you going to do to continue improving this competency? (A specific plan) (No less than 100 words)

7- Evidence Provide a scan copy of your attendance certificate, a screenshot of your registration, or any other proof of attending the workshop.

Guidelines:

1- Include a cover page that contains your name – student ID – section # – instructor name – assignment name – submission date.

appropriate words, and spelling. 8- Save the file in PDF format. 9- Name the file with your full name.
