The course covered the following learning outcomes: LO1 Identify and analyse the implications of managing strategic change in supporting Organizational transformation LO2 Analyse the organisational management challenges faced during the transformation changes experience by the organisation LO3 Analyse and evaluate the significance of strategy employed in trying to bring about an effective change management in an organization. How does this impact leadership and human behavior in the organization LO4 Evaluate different change management theories propounded on management and leadership attributes which leads to enhanced contribution by managers and the employees GENERAL GUIDELINES 1. The assignment should not contain​‌‍‍‍‌‍‍‌‌‍‌‍‍‌‌‌‍‍‍‍​ any contents including references cited from websites like www.ukessays.com, www.studymode.com, www.slideshare.net , www.scribd.com. 2. Students can refer Wikipedia as a source of information, but the references cited in Wikipedia has to be mentioned. 3. References and writing style: You must strictly adhere to the Harvard Referencing System Format and present the report in an essay type format where applicable. 4. The font to be used for the report is 12 Times New Roman script. 5. Each question may be answered with appropriate headings and subheadings. 6.
