of the public relations programme (DOTMABE formula), to raise awareness of and advocate
against xenophobic attacks on illegal immigrants in South Africa. Please note that you are given
a budget of R20 million, and you need to travel to five provinces of your choice that are mostly
affected by this scourge. In developing your programme, you need to make use of the rubric below
