Prompt; In thinking about your future, argue whether student loan debt should be taken out in order to continue your education or are there other options available? In your argument, provide adequate support for your claim AND provide a counterargument with adequate support and rebuttal. Essay Structure: • Introduction with thesis statement • At least two body paragraphs supporting your claim with at least two quotes/textual evidence included in each paragraph. • One body counterargument paragraph with at least two quotes/textual evidence included • Conclusion wrapping up your argument Persuasive Techniques: You MUST use persuasive techniques within your writing. You must include logos as strong arguments are based on logic. You can decide whether to include ethos and pathos or other persuasive techniques learned in class. An addition to logos, a minimum of three persuasive techniques must be included. Highlight AND LABEL the use of the technique in your paper. These must be different techniques.
