Think about an organization you patronize frequently by choice. Ideally, it should be large enough that there will be articles available online that describe the
culture. In this discussion, you will connect with two employees using a social media platform (e.g. LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.) to discuss to what extent their
experience in the company is consistent with the company’s stated culture.
You should briefly describe the culture as documented on the organization’s site and/or in articles and answer the following:
How have elements of the culture affected your preference for being a customer of that organization?
Ask two members of the organization about their experience working there. How do they describe the culture?
How aligned are their answers with each other? with the stated culture? with your experience of the culture?
Comment on postings from two other students on either of the following:
Your experience of culture at the same organization they profiled (if you are also a patron)
If you are not a patron – ask an open-ended question about the culture described by the other student.
