Identify a problem that exists in your organization… this could be a process, recruiting, training, employee development, customer relations, marketing, etc…
Please do not use “general leadership” as a problem.
Identify 3 internal, 3 external, and 3 vulnerable stakeholders that are related to this issue.
Format should include the mission and vision of the organization
Try not to focus on individuals (and do not use real names), but instead focus on roles or positions within the context of the problem.
Do not focus on solutions right now, only a problem and the stakeholders related to it.
