Develop a scenario (can be made up OR can be based off a character from a show/movie). Describe a person who is assigned to you as a client and in need
of intervention. Then describe the case management plan you devise based upon the scenario you created. So, the assignment has TWO parts:
1. Scenario of a client:
Make sure to include the social variables involved (diversity, age, social class, religion, and so forth) *at least 2 of these are included*. Indicate what the client
needs help with related to their visit to your office. This part of the assignment should be a minimum of 400 words but no more than 600 words. I suggest
highlighting the concepts and descriiptors learned in the class in your descriiption.
2. Case management plan:
Develop a case management plan you will devise based upon the scenario you describe in the first part of the assignment. Indicate what services and/or
resources you will provide and a possible time frame for results. This should be a minimum of 200 words and no more than 400 words. .
