Third Reflection: Self-evaluation and long-range goals: Have you met your personal goals? What changes do you need to make to meet your personal goals? How has this practicum affected your role as a nurse practitioner? In what specific ways have you changed the ways you think or act in given situations? How do these changes reflect your objectives and the competencies set by AACN and CCNE? What future goals do you have now that the practicum is completed and what plan do you have to meet these goals? Use specific examples.
