2- Financial Management

Compile financial and non-financial information for the financial years 2018-2021. Using all of the data available, critically review the financial performance of the JD Group plc and report your findings. (https://ir.jd.com/annual-reports) all the years annual reports available.
#Your report will need to include an analysis of any new plans and strategies.
(Appendices are not required and must not be provided).
• Calculate a selection of ratios for the financial years 2018-2021 and provide an
evaluation and analysis of the results.
#Look at the list of Ratios, as discussed in class, and seek to identify the underlying reasons for the financial performance.
• Conduct a PEST analysis and critically evaluate significant developments within the company and the wider retail sector.
• Provide a SWOT analysis and critically assess the challenges & opportunities for the company’s foreseeable future. (Include financial and non-financial elements).

Your writing is expected to conform to Standard English in terms of spelling, syntax and grammar.
*You must include your Assessment Number (J Number) in the header or footer.
*Include your word count at the end of the assignment or the front cover.
*Set up your page for A4 paper in portrait style.
*The font size must be a minimum of point 12 Calibri (or equivalent) for the body of the assessment and footnotes must be 2 points smaller.
*Line spacing in the body of the assessment must be 1.5 lines.
