For surveys and interviews your instrument should be at minimum 15 questions. No criteria on “question type” (e.g., nominal, ordinal, likert). Choose what makes sense for your study. The only criteria is that surveys must be primarily closed-ended questions with response categories.
For conducting observations include a list of the general behaviors, interactions, etc. you will be observing and discuss why they are appropriate/relevant to your RQ
For secondary/available data, describe the variables you will be using in your analyses
For evaluation, create a “rubric” that you will use to evaluate the program. This must be at minimum 15 questions
