This project is all about developing your definition of motivation through the use of interviews. These 4 interviews can go in any direction you wish regarding motivation as long as you’re answering the following questions around:
· The definition of motivation
· What motivation means to them?
· Where do you get motivation from?
· Where does motivation come from?
· Who do you consider to be motivated? Why?
· How does your company motivate you on the job?
