ASSESSMENT 1 – Project Proposal, 1000 words (40%)
Write a project proposal detailing your rational, proposed partners, consultation methodology and any ethical issues that may arise.

This assignment requires you to consider your knowledge and understanding of the context of your project by:
• Outlining the community project you will be working with, where is it and who are you going to be working with. What exactly will you do during for your community project?

• Discuss the consultative methodology you are going to use in preparation for this project and how you will evaluate the data collected.

• Complete an ‘Action Plan’ to demonstrate how you are going to deliver your project.

• What are your personal learning goals for this project?

• Complete a risk assessment for your project and submit with your proposal
 

ASSESSMENT 2 – SROI REport, 4500 words (60%)
Please complete a project proposal detailing your rational, proposed partners, consultation methodology and any ethical issues that may arise.

This report should relate to the community project/organisation you are liaising with as part of this module.

• You role is to support the organisation in writing a bid for funding (does not need to be successful) and conduct an SROI on the projected outcomes of the project.

• You must explain why you have chosen this project and the need for it.

• You must have a section on methodology.

• You must show evidence of consultation and evaluation of data.

• You must finish your report with a full evaluation of the process and highlight any learning/development points.

• You must discuss and carefully reference the core reading on consultation and project development suggested for this module within your report.

• You must also conduct an ethical review of your proposed project and identify any issues and how you would deal with them.

• You should try and illustrate your investigation with photographs, art work, short interviews and case studies.
