Identify an individual to whom you would like to give negative feedback. The individual can be a coworker, classmate, friend, or family member. Do not give the person’s real name in your post.
1. Determine the exact words you would use to give the individual feedback about his or her behavior. Please use the SBI format in the Center for Creative Leadership booklet
2. Post a brief explanation of the situation for the rest of the group (e.g., A coworker is always saying that she hates her job; she creates a negative atmosphere for the team.) Then, provide your SBI statement (e.g., “This morning in the coffee room, you were mentioned how much you hate your job………”).
