I have provided questions to get you started on your analysis, but you are welcome to dig deeper or provide additional insight beyond just the questions I asked. I want you to write a 300-word response to the episode and how it represents your social category.
I suggest starting by describing how the episode represents the social category and any of the ways that it mirrors our current world (use specific examples from the episode).
Then focus on the ways that the episodes representation of your social category is different than our current world. You can talk about what is shown, as well as what is missing. Again, give examples, and explain what you think these differences mean.
Finally, explain what the episode is saying about our current world. What problems is it exaggerating or shining the spotlight on? What is the audience supposed to learn about how society treats your social category.”
