Module 5 Assignment 1
Your final project report is to be a formal document. Your past module assignments will provide the background information. Follow this outline:
Introduction: Motivations for the project.
Requirements: Summarize how data was gathered for the requirements, summarize the results, give the requirements you came up with.
Conceptual Design:
• Describe the methods used and why you chose them.
• Describe the design process.
• How did you generate, evaluate, and choose from alternative designs?
• How were the users involved in the process?
Prototype and Evaluation:
• Identify what you were trying to find out through the evaluation, including the usability requirements.
• Give a sample of the prototype.
• Describe your evaluation methods.
• Give a summary of the results (not raw data).
• Discuss what these results told you about whether you met your requirements and other ways to improve the design.
Conclusions: Include a discussion of the various design methods and which seemed more helpful. Final comments about the overall project.

Final Project Report: Follow the instructions detailed in Module 5 Project Report Information and submit your team Project Report through this link. Each team member will submit the team Project Report.

• 70: accuracy of responses for:
–Requirements (10)
–Conceptual Design (20)
–Prototype and Evaluation (20)
–Conclusions (20)
• 10: APA style use and accuracy (e.g., reference Preece, 2015 and/or Norman, 2013, a source for the problem being solved)
• 20: grammar and logic of flow.

Reflection Paper
Reflection Paper [Individual Reflection, Not Group Reflection]:
1. Submit a short individual reflective paper about what you knew about interaction design before the course, what you have learned, and how (or if) that knowledge will be useful to you in the future. It should just be 3 to 5 paragraphs in length.
