Footings and Flooring Systems
TASK:
Using the heading listed below conduct an inspection of a residential building site and report on the construction methods and detailing undertaken to lay and place the Footing and Flooring Systems. Observe, photograph and take notes of building activity and comment upon these in answering the question below.
Use the outline below and answer each question under each question heading. Wherever possible in your answers refer to the Building Code of Australia (BCA) within the National Construction Code (NCC) or accompanying Australian Standards (AS).
FOOTING SYSTEMS
