“Exploring the use of mediation in managing conflict between Prison Officers and inmates in the Trinidad and Tobago Prison Service”

You are doing the literature review of the research proposal Please note that this is a Qualitative Study The Research Questions That are to be used are What are the experiences faced by both Prison Officers and inmates in managing conflict in the Trinidad and Tobago prison Service? Moreover, four other sub-questions are going to be responded through this investigation: 1. What are the risk factors exclusive to each violence type and appropriate mediation method that is going to tackle the problem? 2. What are the experiences of prison officers through conflict with prisoners? 3. What challenges will prison authorities experience upon implementing the conflict management mechanism? 4.
