Write a narrative review of the journal article consisting of three (03) sections that provide:
Section 1 – Article Summary: 6-8 sentences summarizing the content of the journal article.
Section 2 – Student Learning: 6-8 sentences identifying what YOU learned about competency models and talent development from the article. This should not be a repeat of anything, in summary, rather what is the “A-HA” you gleaned from reading this article or what do you know now as a result of reading this article.
Section 3 – Workplace Application(s): 6-8 sentences describing how YOU will apply the knowledge gained from the journal article to your current or future workplace. Be specific in describing the real application of what you have learned in the workplace for YOU.
Formatting: APA Style: Your Written Narrative should include your name, a title, bibliographic information about the journal article, and be double-spaced. Use Times New Roman 12-point font and 1-inch margins. Do not exceed the prescribed limit of sentences.
