Dear Students – in this assignment you are a business consultant working to assist small business owners with surviving the economic challenges created by Covid 19. You are also working to assist them with securing economic disaster funding sourced and/or guaranteed by the Federal government. In this example, your client is a restaurant owner. Her restaurant is called Sally’s Seafood and Pasta. It is a casual dining with a bar. The owner, Sally has owned the restaurant for 10 years and has 20 employees. Her restaurant is the City of Buffalo.
Part One –
Describe how you would introduce yourself to Sally and what would you say to her to demonstrate your concerns for her situation due to challenges created by Covid 19.
