Dear Students – in this assignment you are a business consultant working to assist small business owners with surviving the economic challenges created by Covid 19. You are also working to assist them with securing economic disaster funding sourced and/or guaranteed by the Federal government. In this example, your client is a restaurant owner. Her restaurant is called Sally’s Seafood and Pasta. It is a casual dining with a bar. The owner, Sally has owned the restaurant for 10 years and has 20 employees. Her restaurant is the City of Buffalo.

Part One –
Describe how you would introduce yourself to Sally and what would you say to her to demonstrate your concerns for her situation due to challenges created by Covid 19.
Then outline 4 questions you would ask Sally that reflect your understanding of business strategy and potential issues that could affect the survival of Sally’s business.

Part Two-
Describe in detail one of the programs created by the Federal Government Small Business Administration to assist entrepreneurs to survive the challenges created by Covid 19 -that you believe can help Sally.
Make sure to include the name of the program. Describe what it provides to the entrepreneur, the terms of funding, (interest if any, duration of loan/grant). Include what the business owner must provide to the government in order to secure this financing. ALL of this information is currently available on -line. In what ways will this program help Sally save her business?
