Sort of “critical report” starting from that paper but touching also other reports, further information, etc. you will have an introduction, where you describe the context adding geographical, engineering, chemical, etc. knowledge that you gained from other courses or from your background. Explain what is the “produced water” that is focused in some papers, or the water or sediments analysed in other papers. Describe the tests used and on which sentinel organisms, eventually taking some more info from the web. Include some figures of important details, either environmental or on the platform or on the results. You can also prepare tables, and read other papers for support. You can also criticize some ideas, or suggest better solutions. Think to be the researcher who set up that experiments, who needed to get info about the area, the possible hazards, etc.
