You are required to write their own case study which describes a hypothetical client who has been exposed to trauma. The description of the client should include: • A brief description of the event that caused the trauma • Key features the client is experiencing; and • Ways the client has attempted to process or cope with the trauma.
This case study should be approximately 500-600 words and be included as part of your appendix
For your assignment you will be required to select and research two trauma-related intervention frameworks and critically compare them in relation to your case study.
At a minimum, this comparison should discuss;
• Theoretical principles,
• Key targets/aims,
• Key techniques,
• Discussion of supporting research
To successfully complete this task you will need to provide clear evidence and rationale for how the treatment frameworks link to the case you have created.
