1. (15 PTS). GDPRs are now the law in the European Union effective May 2018. Please explain and define what the GDPRs are. Perspective from 2 years later.
2. (15 PTs). The most immediate impact will on the EU firms. What specific key issues must the EU IT organizations address for them to be compliant. What is the estimate of the percentage of firms compliant today, and what deadlines do they have to become completely compliant? If not compliant, what penalties will they face?
3. (15 pts). Answer question 2 above as it impacts all global firms that do business in or with the EU–especially US firms.
