You should write a paper summary to meet the following criteria:
1. List the title of the paper you’re reviewing and your names.
2. Write one paragraph that summarizes the purpose of the paper, its context in computer networking, and its main lesson(s).
3. Write one paragraph that discusses two or more of the paper’s strengths, e.g., in methodology, architecture, insight, or impact, etc.
4. Write one paragraph that discusses the potential concerns, weaknesses, or other issues that are left unresolved by the work described in the paper. How could the work be improved? What is its relevance today? What future work does it suggest? How would you have done differently if you had written the paper?
5. Your summary should be at least 400 words.
