Video 1 (please note there are two parts to this video – watch them both):

Scott Fischer and John Green (of Scott Fischer Enterprises [SFE] / Six Bends Harley Davidson) gave a talk on the FGCU campus during the Fall 2017 semester where they discussed the application of The 5 Dysfunctions of a Team and related concepts to their management practices at SFE.

Video 2:

The author of the book, The Five Dysfunctions of a Team, Patrick Lencioni gives a talk about the five dysfunctions at the HTB Leadership Conference 2013 at the Royal Albert Hall, London.

Step 2: Write Individual Reflection Paper

Individual Reflection: Specifically address the following:

(1) What did you find most interesting about the video you watched?

(2) Tie at least one theory or concept from our MAN 3046 class to the content of the talk.

(3) What did you learn from the talk that will be helpful in your future career (be sure to elaborate)?
