With posts that show thought, constructive feedback, and respect, please do the following:
1) submit an entry about a leadership challenge you (or someone you know) faced and how you/they dealt with it (you don’t need to write an essay–just be sure you have explained what happened and how it was dealt with)
2) post a response to another person’s entry by commenting about: a) what was effective about how they dealt with it and b) how they might have dealt with it differently to be more effective. Try to support what you say with a strong argument, evidence, and/or an example.
Once you create a thread, you will be able to view the other students’ threads in this forum.
You do not have to mention any leadership theories or concepts (as that is not in the assignment description).
