Students should utilise the knowledge gained in this unit to design and develop a project plan. Students should choose one organisational objective and create a project. Students should be able to explain why the project would be beneficial for the organisation.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR STUDENTS
Assessment 2 is compulsory and you are required to complete it in order to achieve competency for this unit.
The first six questions of this assessment are group-based. You are required to form groups of 3 to 4 members and work together to select an organisation of your group’s choice and develop a project plan based on one of the organisation’s objectives. You must write a project summary including all the processes involved in undertaking a project.
The remaining questions (Questions 7 and 8) should be answered individually.
