The second is star attraction. A lot of times people may buy things because they are influenced by others. Marketers often choose influential stars to help them promote on various social media sites. This also greatly increased the exposure and awareness of the goods.
Moreover，Social media provides more channels for customers to learn about different products. The most obvious example is the emergence of a lot of shopping anchors. They are responsible for introducing products and explaining them to customers.
But this is an age of free speech. Not only businesses, but also customers can express their opinions. So when they come across bad goods or services, they can also use social media to resist. If they buy good products, they can also recommend it to others through social media.
