Building off your work in the Report project, you will work collaboratively (groups of 2) in the Proposal project and assume that you have been asked to compose a proposal recommending a strategy for recruiting Gen Z’ers. Each group will assume it is composing the proposal (4-8 pages) for the HR Manager who will present the proposal to the company CEO.
Having a clear and detailed analysis of the problem and the solution
Having a clear and specific plan of work
Showing knowledge of the topic and including valid and current sources
Supporting claims by reasoning and evidence
Consideration of different alternatives and viewpoints
Visual design and use of graphics
Having an appropriate structure for a proposal based on the textbook and class instructions (Summary, introduction, proposed plan, cost and benefit, etc.)
Clarity, conciseness, formality, and having an appropriate tone
Proofreading and appropriate citation (MLA or APA)
