Introduction
Provide two or three paragraphs with statistics regarding heart disease in the United States. Tables, charts, graphs or insert should not be in this section of the paper. Close out this section with the purpose of your paper.
Background
Provide exhaustive details about heart disease in the United States from previous research findings. You are required to have a minimum of three to four pages for the background. You may use peer reviewed articles, journals, textbooks, and the American Public University library for adequate resources. Investigate ethnicity, race, gender, age or other independent variables that are related to your hypothesis. It is important to have a minimum of three different research study findings to build a solid background summary.
Hypothesis
Share one to paragraphs about the Western Governor Township using text. Clearly State your hypothesis(es); both null and alternative hypothesis(es).
Ho: state null hypothesis
Ha: state alternative hypothesis
Methods
The null and alternative hypotheses will be tested using which statistical methodology: ANOVA or linear regression? Why is the ANOVA or linear regression the most appropriate statistical analysis to use? Identify your model including independent variables. Provide as much information to demonstrate your knowledge of why this statistical methodology was used.
.
Results
Describe and interpret all results after analyzing the data. Tables, charts, graphs, or figures are important to use to display your findings. Do not use more than 3-4 tables, graphs, or figures. You may discuss p-values, findings from your results based off of how heart disease affect independent variables. Be thorough. Be specific with your results. Specify your variables, summary and descriptive statistics. You must share written summary and tables, charts, graphs or figures to support your written text summary including significant or implications of results. Provide clear, correct interpretation. Sample tables of information have been provided. Keep in mind that you may have selected variables different from those listed therefore; provide your list of variables along with demographic results. Insert at least three tables of your choice to show statistical results.

Conclusion
Provide a very detailed conclusion of your findings then, relate that to previous findings about heart disease in the United States. You must share recommendations for future research as well as how to improve this lab’s model or analysis. Identify weaknesses for the methods or potential limitations. Summarize your paper.
