Only one objective and one research question allowed by the supervisor – done above. The supervisor does not want the aims, objective or research question changed or amended.
TOPIC – An Exploration of the Agency Relationship /Issues in the Workplace of a Telecommunications Company.
A review of the topic – supervisor only wants a few sentences – no more
METHODOLOGY
A concise description overview of the observation methodology only – mini overview only. One paragraph – two maximum – must be mini.
IMPORTANT: Please note the supervisor only requires ETHNOGRAPHIC OBSERVATION (qualitative) methods used – not even ethnographic interviews
THE OUTCOME OF THE RESEARCH AND LIMITATIONS
i.e., Observational Ethnography only to be used – small sample size
Two paragraphs maximum

LITERATURE REVIEW CHAPTER TWO
INTRODUCTION TO THE CHAPTER – Not Applicable – no writing required here
LITERATURE REVIEW
IMPORTANT – this research must be from academic sources and current… studies must have been done in the past 5 years. Writer must critique literature and write about the issues being explored.
GUIDELINES
The main focus must be on AGENCY THEORY RELATIONSHIPS between the owners and managers of a telecommunications firm. Literature must be critiqued
AGENCY THEORY – THEMES & CONCEPTS
Information Asymmetry, Conflicts of Interest, Diverse Goals, Accountability, Responsibility, Fairness, hazards, Transparency & Risk. You may want to write about some of these issues, such as conflict, information asymmetry, hazards, accountability?
Write a lot more here.
Primarily – focus on the issues to explore for the themes and make them relevant to the research question. literature must be critiqued and linked to the research question/objective – arguments to be used
RESEARCH QUESTION
Literature must be related to the research question and must be current literature not older than 5 years and be critiqued.
Note: Teacher and Law website cannot be used or any other assignment website writers cannot be used – UK writings used Teacher and Law previously and the supervisor rejected it.
EMPIRICAL STUDIES
Must contain at least one empirical studies (quantitative) on the agency theory in past 5 years – it cannot be any older – and can be a mini summary, ie, he said x, she said y, = inconclusive findings.
UK Writings provided a 2007 study previously which the supervisor rejected.
IMPORTANT: Must connect to the theoretical framework(s) to the problem and framework(s) to analyse the problem.
CHAPTER SUMMARY
Not Applicable – do not write anything here
Agency Relationship Themes Need to list the main themes also

The writer must critique the literature review.
Please write very little about the ISO system
1. Literature from credible sources must be critically evaluated and be related to the research question and objective. Literature cannot be taken from Law Teachers website (previously used by UK writings) or any other assignment help website.
2. Empirical study– UK writings previously provided 2007 to me –it was rejected by the supervisor as being far too old – can only no older than 5 years
PRIMARILY FOCUS ON WHAT IS BEING EXPLORED and make them relevant to the research question.

Chapter 3 – Research Methodology – 2175 WORDS
METHODOLOGY CHAPTER THREE
INTRODUCTION TO THE CHAPTER – Not Applicable – no writing required here
RESEARCH PHILOSOPHY
You only need to research constructivism (or constructionism) as the ontology. I completed the other parts.
EXPLAIN and DISCUSS THE RESEARCH DESIGN
To be based on Ethnography (Observation) which will be used … Ethnology interviewing and Ethnography Documents will not be used or required by the researcher… as requested by the supervisor.
Justify why observational ethnography method being used.
POPULATION – SAMPLE METHOD & TECHNIQUES
Telecom Co ––observational feedback from managers and staff in different dept., etc.
• Define the study population and sample size;
• how the sample size was determined
• What sampling technique was used for Ethnography OBSERVATION
JUSTIFY THE RESEARCH METHODS FOR DATA COLLECTION
How is observational ethnography relevant to the research question/objective?
Reintroduction of the aim of the study and……… research objective/question below)
Aim
The firm is in the process of implement ISO 19600 (corporate governance standard). To explore or make an assessment of how effective the principle-agency relationship is in the firm during the implementation process.
Research Objective
To explore the effectiveness of the principal-agent relationship between the owners of the firm and managers at a telecommunications company
Research Question
What are the challenges and opportunities related to the agency relationship for a telecommunications company who is in the process of implementing ISO 19600 (a corporate governance standard)?
METHODS USED FOR DATA COLLECTION AND ANALYSIS
From the research question – identify the key data to be collected
Compare the different methods which can be used, such as interviewing, qualitative, quantitative, etc, and why Ethnography (Observation) is the most suited to collect and analyse data.
So observational ethnography will be used to observe and collect data – which will be analyse from the researchers own perspective (Ethnography). In this process a diary or journal of notes of what is going on, sometimes with some clarifications is maintained.
Methods must focus on data collect, how to collect them, the pros and cons of them and the approach and detail how to plan and analyse them in order to achieve the findings which will provide the answers to the research question, meeting the research objectives.
Synthesise and critique the different methodological frameworks that influence research to inform and justify why OBSERVATIONAL ethnography methodology is being used
Critiques methodological literature and justifies the selection of the research methods – observation ethnography
ETHICAL CONSIDERATIONS
To address ethics in Ethnography observation (Qualitative) research methods – no interviewing or document review involved at the supervisors request – just observation.
Ethical consideration process in conducting OBSERVATIONAL ethnography – collecting, maintaining data and collecting data through observation only– no interviewing or document viewing at the company required.
Consent from the college – this part is done
LIMITATIONS
Identify the limitations from your approach, from the data, from the environment and circumstances, etc.
CHAPTER SUMMARY
Not Applicable – do not write anything here
IMPORTANT – chapter 3
Write a lot on observational ethnography see above
Need overview of the ethical considerations associated with observation.
You can write a lot less on the other methods just a brief justification of their advantages and disadvantages and why they are not being used.
